Dennis Van Orden

Dennis J. Van Orden began his practice in the areas of wills, trusts, probate and estate planning over thirty years ago. He is as enthusiastic and energetic today about writing wills and trusts and conducting probates as when he began practicing. Dennis provides quality work and prompt, efficient representation. A University of Minnesota graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Dennis is sensitive to family relationship issues. Dennis holds a Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He was a Minnesota Department of Revenue Inheritance Tax Examiner as well as a member of the board of directors of a 25 attorney law firm. He was responsible for the bulk of the firm’s estate planning including wills, trusts, probate, guardianships and conservatorships.
